WHAT IS SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?

NWA Fit Pros offers private 1 on 1 training for $80 per 1 hour session. We also offer semi private sessions starting at $40 per 1 hour session which would be 1 - 4 people any given time working out on the same exercise circuit. The trainer is still present and working with newer clients or ones that may need more attention than other clients.  

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL TRAINING SESSION?

Training sessions can be completed by most individuals in less than 1 hour.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT WORKOUTS FOR MEN & WOMEN; YOUNGER OR OLDER CLIENTS?

The daily circuits are set up for everyone of all ages and should be easily performed by most people. Alternative exercises are available for every station. Intensity levels are controlled and can range from low to high intensity dependent on clients preference .  

WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISES SHOULD I EXPECT TO DO?

Most importantly and what I am most proud of is I never put someone on the ground and exercise unless high intensity exercise is preferred. There is always equipment to be used. There are no treadmills or ellipticals. Cardio is performed by battle ropes, jump ropes, steps, benches, balls, and many other creative ways. Weights are used but light weight is always first. 

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD I BUY TO HELP SPEED THINGS UP?

GOT YA!! NONE! if you are currently taking supplements and seeing benefit I advise to continue as is. Expensive vitamins and powders are not needed nor will speed results.  

ARE THERE ANY JOINING FEES OR OTHER FEES?

There are no joining fees, contracts, fine print, bank drafts, or any hidden fees. Everything is paid upfront starting at $40 per individual session of semi private training. 

WILL YOU PROVIDE A MEAL PLAN & TRACK/MEASURE MY RESULTS?

I can not provide any meal plan as I am not a registered dietitian. I don't track or monitor results but can recommend aps that connect us and allow us to track via ap. There is no extra fee for this.  

I AM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IN GYMS AND HATE WORKING OUT IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. SHOULD I BE NERVOUS OR INTIMIDATED?
